New full time employees are eligible for benefits on the first day of the month following 60 days of continuous employment. Dawson County offers medical, dental, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, flexible spending accounts and 401(a) & 457(b) retirement plans.

Dawson County also offers supplemental policies through AFLAC.  Please contact Sharon Reagan at 706-265-1262 ext. 27 regarding your AFLAC insurance benefits.
