Construction Board of Appeals

The Construction Board of Appeals was instituted to hear and decide appeals of orders, decisions or determinations made by the Building Official relative to the application and interpretation of the International Building Codes. It serves as the sole appeal body for those codes. The Board consists of members appointed by the Board of Commissioners who are qualified by experience and training to pass on matters pertaining to building construction.

Construction and Appeals Board meets January & July and at Special Called Meetings. Members serve staggered three (3) year terms.
