Dawson County Solid Waste Department serves the needs of their residents for disposal of household bagged trash and to allow the recycling of various products. We operate six (6) days a week (Mon - Sat) and are closed on holidays. The fee for household bagged trash is $0.50 a bag.
From downtown Dawsonville, take Shoal Creek Road for 0.5 mile. Turn right onto Burt Creek Road. The Recycling Center will be 0.75 miles ahead on the right.
