Building permits may by applied for at the Community Development office. Plans for commercial projects must be submitted for review to the Community Development office as well. Please allow 14 for review of all commercial site and building plans. When submitting plans 10 sets of site and 6 sets of building are needed for plan review. All building inspections must be requested at the appropriate time.

Permit Fees can be found on the Fee Schedule page.
Impact fees are not represented in the fee schedule. Impact fees will be calculated in the Community Development office. Impact fees vary from structure to structure.
