Spring Youth Baseball

  • Ages 7-14
    • 8U (coach pitch), 10U, 12U, 14U leagues
  • Fee: $90 resident / $130 non-resident
    • Fee includes jersey, pants, and hat; player should provide his/her own belt, socks, shoes, glove(s), helmet, bat (bats must have USA stamp)
    • A late fee of $20 applies to any registration accepted after the advertised registration deadline
  • Registration - Check online calendar for specific registration dates 
    • Online Registration begins early January
      • 24 hours/day through midnight of final day
    • Walk-in Registration in early February 
      • Weekdays 8:00AM-5:00PM 
      • Final Monday open until 8:00PM
      • No Walk-in registration on weekends  
    • Please visit the Registration Information page for additional informational regarding financial assistance, late registration, trying out for a school team, etc. 
  • Evaluations/Drafts in February/March
  • Practices begin late-February/early-March
  • Pictures in March*
  • Opening Day in March
  • Games begin in March/April*

  • All-Star tournaments begin in June

PLEASE NOTE:  Depending on the number of teams per age group, some traveling outside Dawson County may be necessary.

The age control date for this activity is September 1st of the same year of play. The age of the participant as of this date determines the age group in which he/she may participate. Player must be in last year of a multi-year age group to be eligible to play up (example, a player that will be 6 by the age control date may play up in the 8U age group).  A player may never play down an age group.
