Connection to Resources, Support, and Guidance - EAP
There are times in life when you might need a little help coping or figuring out what to do.  Take advantage of the Employee Assistance Program which is available to full-time and part-time employees, your dependents (including children to age 26), and your household members.  Your program includes up to three assessment and counseling sessions per issue.  EAP services can help with:
     -Depression, grief, loss and emotional well-being                             
     -Life improvement and goal-setting                                                      
     -Stress and anxiety with work or family                                                
     -Identity theft and fraud resolution
     -Family, marital and other relationship issue
     -Addictions such as alcohol and drug abuse
     -Financial and legal concerns
     -Online will preparation
     -Referrals for important needs like education, adoption, travel, daily living and care for your pet, child or elderly loved one.  
     -EAP Video Counseling
     -Travel Assistance
     -Life Services Toolkit - Resources and Tools to Support You and Your Beneficiary

Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
