Civil Plans

Staff recommends a pre-submittal meeting be held with staff to discuss the process. Please get in touch with smorgan@dawsoncountyga.gov

The submittal packet shall include a PDF of plans, a hydrology study, a tree preservation and replacement plan, and a recorded plat. There is a $1,400.00 application fee.

Final submittal: Two (2) stamped plan sets, the digital pdf.
